All automated labels such as "Bullish", "Bearish", "Breakout", or "Pattern Strength" are mathematical outputs generated by software code, meant strictly for educational analysis and historical observation. They must never be treated as actionable financial tips, research reports, or advisory signals. No adviser-client or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the Website.
The base raw data used by our servers is fetched from publicly available market data sources.
All metrics, indicators, trends, scanners, and analytical outputs are calculated dynamically by our own proprietary computer programs, algorithms, and automated/AI-based logic.
Because the platform runs entirely on automated computer logic, the data and calculations are NOT flawless. System errors, calculation inaccuracies, delayed feeds, software bugs, downtime, or omissions can and do occur. Everything is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis with no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or real-time precision.
You acknowledge that you use this computer-generated data at your own absolute risk.
Except for raw public news text and market data pulled from exchange/public feeds, every analytical tool, custom scanner, algorithm, layout, metric, design, and calculation model on this Website was built entirely by us from scratch. We have not copied, stolen, or extracted these systems from any external software provider or individual.
All code, architecture, UI layouts, branding, and calculated outputs are the exclusive proprietary property of MarketSoars. Users are strictly prohibited from deploying automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract, copy, mirror, or replicate our data structure or outputs, or to reverse-engineer the Platform.
Any unauthorized scraping, copying, or commercial resale of our in-house metrics will result in an immediate permanent ban and aggressive legal action under applicable laws.

Our "News Terminal" and similar modules dynamically fetch corporate announcements via public RSS feeds from the NSE/BSE. We do not edit, filter, or alter the original text and hold zero responsibility for the truthfulness, accuracy, or content of these third-party filings.
If you create an account, you are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to receive essential service-related communications. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
