This policy applies to paid plans on MarketSoars. By purchasing a plan, you agree to this policy and our Terms & Conditions.
All payments are final and non-refundable.
Paid plans are one-time prepaid purchases for the period you choose. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay, and your plan is activated instantly. We recommend trying the Free plan before buying.
Once a plan is activated, no full or partial refund is given, including for change of mind, unused days, dissatisfaction with the data, or trading losses.
Plans do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel and you will not be charged again. When your plan ends, your account moves to the Free plan.
You may stop using a plan at any time, but no refund is given for the remaining period.
If you were charged twice, or money was deducted but your plan was not activated, contact us within 7 days with your Payment ID. After verification, we will activate your plan or return the extra amount.
